Optimized Lightweight Frame for Intelligent New-energy Vehicles

In this paper, a joint optimization method based on multi-objective response surface approximation model and finite element simulation program is proposed to realize the lightweight of new-energy vehicle frames. Under premise satisfying constraints strength, frequency vibration, thickness different important parts optimized achieve goal minimizing quality intelligent vehicles. order obtain stress distribution each part vibration frame, various analyses frame are analyzed. optimization, paper adopts for optimization. Sample data was generated by central composite design, used filter out 5 design variables that had large impact frame. As result, weight reduced from 25.05 kg 19.86 kg, reduction 20.7%, achieving significant effect. This provides reference value guiding significance its lightweight. way, can be better make it lighter, thereby improving performance smart car. At same time, also applied problems in other fields more efficient accurate goals.
